Directions From South California (the way I would go as a local)

15 North towards Las Vegas

Just before you enter the Las Vegas proper area you will see the Saint Rose Parkway exit #27(very little traffic)

Exit Saint Rose Parkway - stay on the Parkway for 6.0 miles (it will change into Pecos, don't worry) until you reach the 215

Take the 215 east on-ramp and travel on the 215 towards Henderson for 4.4 miles

The 215 ends and becomes the West Lake Mead Pky 564 seen on the map above you will travel for another 2.1 miles to Water Street

Turn Right onto Water Street. That's it!
